不到15K左膝就出狀況了,一直調整還是刺痛,痛到腳麻無力,沒有速度,超馬就是這樣不知道會發生什麼狀況!無奈!只好轉換成遊山玩水吃吃喝喝模式了,哈哈^^
一路上不少跑友很關心我,超感動滴!特別感謝曾榮城大哥鼓勵我,還給我止痛藥、BCAA,謝謝曾大哥。
跟明智大哥、美棟兄同跑一段,後面真的無辦法了,美棟兄全程赤足,金厲害啊!
