去程的中途時大腿就有點鐵鐵的
回程跟著阿志跑,22K果不其然抽筋了

身體一起處於痠痛狀,昨天賞櫻下坡又小衝了一下
我想這就是身體最好的回饋
這週除了課表外,其它天就好好休息
以免渣打半馬跑不完就糗了
阿志說渣打他全馬要配305以內、305以內、305以內
前半93分,後半91分,聽了都抖了
因全、半馬的前16k是一起跑
叫我前16k跟他一起跑,這樣應該可以跑進95分鐘
嗯....很有挑戰性,決定接受這個挑戰....
