今天預計想跑半馬,剛開始就順順著跑,速度有點快,但還不會太累....可能以前都只跑15.6公里,所以超過16公里...雖然只剩5公里,發覺跑好久...有點累,腳甚至想抽筋,一直想放棄跑40圈就好....跑20公里就好...結果最後還是撐到21公里...還有破2,算不錯了...以後真的要常常跑半馬了,否則很久跑一次,都很累...
