有一點像是預習退休式的生活,所改變的方式是天天跑,所要適應的是毎天起跑時兩腳似乎較僵硬,總是要過了3K後才見順暢,連續幾天進體育場練跑,在體育場的好處是,在這各方高手匯集的地方,能近距離的觀摩高手的跑法,吸收高手們的心得,對自己是有很大的助益的。
今天的天氣雖因一場雨後顯得較為涼爽,不過自己還是在過了5K後就濕到鞋子裡面去了,所以乾脆把鞋子給脫了繼續跑,跑道上遇到了邦賢大因傷來調整,難得有機會在跑道上輾過他,在最後幾K有源金兄伴跑,這些就是在體育場練跑的好處,因有跑友伴跑,跑起來動能大多了。
