提早一天復跑,起跑時仍有輕微疼痛感,之後慢慢減輕,情況比起休跑前好很多,但仍未完全復原,痛點仍會疼,唉~
跑完八卦馬後,需再休跑一個禮拜,讓左腳好好休息。只是...我就少了一樣可以排解工作鬱悶的管道。
