假日LSD,痛風陰影在,感覺跑不快,跑得很勉強,氣溫比較低,還有飄雨,很適合跑步的日子,但跑不起來阿!第三圈就想撤退了,但是硬撐想要完成基本的半馬距離,慢慢的一圈一圈的吃下來,速度慢慢可以跟上,第五圈想著可以220前完成,似乎有點勉強,而後半段想加速,但也跑不動了。
