6/27豐100,生涯初百K挑戰失敗!
天氣熱,應變措施錯誤(穿背心、喝太多冰的飲料、淋水降溫把鞋襪弄濕);一開始穿飄飄褲,沒多久大腿內側磨破皮的舊傷就回來了。勉強撐77K,最後一趟反正跑不完,提早下課。
GPS錶有點鏽斗,一開跑就奉送20K。上傳後才知它的時間還停在6/25。看圖才知它從家裡就開始記錄了,但我明明是到石岡才開機的
