今天繼續輕鬆跑,目標28圈,跟昨天加起來20K就不少了。雖然夏天炎熱,今天操場卻擠滿了人,經常一群人佔據好幾個跑道,需要忙著閃躲。
沒有時間壓力跑起來真是非常愉快,其實我還想再慢一點,畢竟比賽時要用7分速,第一場5小時多完賽,才有體力跑第二場。只是可以練跑的時間有限,還是不能放太鬆。總之今天腳不太酸,只是天氣熱有點喘,還有全身濕透黏膩有點難受~
唉,整個夏天都要過這樣臭臭的生活吧,這時就會羨慕家裡住得近的人了。
