因為昨天跑完半馬的關係,
今天就慢慢跑10K退乳酸~
慢跑的過程感覺到
左膝蓋還是滿不舒服的,有點痛
(跑完下下周全馬,該去看看醫生了)
右腳阿基里斯腱也有點不舒服~
再觀察一兩天看看吧!!
