一開始速度還是太快,13圈(5.2公里)補給後,就開始越跑越無力,滿身汗,約8公里與13公里各再補給一次,最後幾圈勉強撐完,星期日的木瓜馬會來很多高手,排名已經無望,所以與330的跑友約好配好速度,把24公里撐完,不要暴衝,豔陽高照的天氣不好跑,加油!
