由於路線不熟.加之怕腳受傷,故前段和一位新竹的大哥邊跑邊聊,不知不覺速度越跑越慢,直到遇上丫姐與蔡主任的補給後,因為前7K二腳蠻舒服無異樣加上所剩距離不長,便開始用自己的速度跑,只是回程路窄加上丘陵地形,遇上叉路沒人指引真的會迷路,總結~今日平路測試尚稱OK無異狀,明日再測試山路看看
