10月的第二個半馬練習,今天設定目標是以4:40/K 內的速度前進,前10K狀況不錯,或許是穿了壓縮襪的關係,也或許是天氣的關係,跑起來輕鬆自在;折返後天黑黑、風涼涼,跑起來有點失溫感,肚子又餓,15K後速度驟降,最後4K基本上是在跑走的意志力下撐完,本次心得,意志力不是萬能,該吃該帶的補給千萬不能省,然後突然懷疑自己今3月的92分是怎麼跑出來的!? 體力好像還差很多⋯⋯
