本來想偷懶晚上不參加團練的,可是今天得付報名費給代繳的隊友所以還是乖乖的出門了,既然都出門了就一起參加晚上的團練,雖然中午已經跑了一趟17.5公里晚上應該小跑一下就好,沒想到啊沒想到,千金難買早知道,這一練又跑出了一隻半馬,呼,單月里程453公里好像有點誇張,貌似有點過量了,又要發誓這個月都不跑步了,好好休息然後準備下個月的貓空路跑啊。
