天冷真的好跑很多
今天下午請假,就想既然有時間,就刷一個半馬吧,跑了之後很感謝自己有出來跑,沒辜負這樣的好天,最近台北馬後膝蓋和髖關節和臀部關節痠痠的,好像跑姿又有變化,我沒用力跑竟跑到504,開始正視跑姿調整。
