今天練明年2月古道霧台馬 的路線,原本只要練自己的8公里,後來看到神山愛玉沒開,就想多跑,直到我覺得已經開在往下,去路一跑就10.5公里了,返路跑到神山等爸爸,一起吃了:冷泡茶×1 愛玉×1 好喝德文咖啡×1
返路也沒有放慢,盡量跑,但返路跑得很累,好餓XD,21公里完成,爸爸還提醒我要小心下午腳不舒服,但我到現在都沒感覺
