今天跟尖哥倆人團練,昨天明明說4:20/km的速度跑,結果我又被騙了TT
馬亨亨是個很好練逆風的地方,一圈剛好8k,前4k是緩上坡加大逆風,後4k是緩下坡加順風。港節被風吹得亂七八糟,全力衝只能維持在4:10秒上下,回程沒怎麼出力都能跑進4:00內,最後5k全開,總算完成了今天的配速跑~
