終於參加到金門馬!還趁機玩了三天!很棒的比賽,棒就棒在地點是金門,而且完賽獎品很棒。
路跑的部分,由於已經有心理準備30K左右會有兩次大上坡(和下坡),所以30K前都有保留體力,可能因為這場共吃了4包能量果膠,30K後不但不用硬撐而且還有力加速,上坡也沒因此累到想停下來。成績在預計的範圍(賽前希望3小時50分完賽)。跑完隔天,大腿痠痛,小腿緊繃,但完全沒有硬撐得不舒服,果然要定期跑馬讓身體是硬長距離啊(但萬金石後必須要暫停一段時間)。
