很久沒有跑操場繞圈半馬,傷後首度嘗試,前段還可以,10k後雨越下越大,但不影響,後4k跑的很累,感覺肌耐力明顯下滑,雖然保住100分鐘,但跑完有鐵腿感覺!還需持續調整,恢復過往的肌耐力
