心得:
這禮拜六要去國境之南跑步去啦,所以按這禮拜課表應該是減量練習,但間歇課程還是不能少,昨天跑完LR19K,讓我很擔心今天的練習,果然跑完第二趟小腿就感覺變硬了,好加在還是順利按表操課完畢,乎~~而且我發現穿上戰鬥鞋跑Seepwork,感覺比較輕鬆說!鞋子輕重果然差別很大~
