6、7、8公里在操場繞圈圈故意繞快ㄧ點,10公里&16公里團練拍照,22公里進小七補給一瓶優絡乳,還買了二瓶舒跑,為什麼買二瓶,因為第二瓶6折,而下星期一博宇學校要用二瓶舒跑空罐子,所以23、24、25公里拿著二瓶舒跑跑回家!
