壓鞋子,還是有點偏硬的感覺,且有點咬小腿的fu 15k後右小腿有點緊,還好沒拉傷或抽筋
今天也把錶調暗不看配速的進行,因為正逆交叉跑,所以配速也沒參考性,本來想跑5k*5的,但約18k後心跳開始拉高不是很舒服加上得交班了,所以赤足一k當收操
