天天跑第255天
早上五點出門參加硬梆幫團練,主要熟習一下下周的艋舺馬路練,我先跑到團練集合地點華中橋,到華中橋就覺得不妙,肚子痛要烙賽了,還好有流動廁所,還好流動廁所有衛生紙><
艋舺馬的路線為半馬跑兩次,先往華江橋跑去,再回頭跑到景美再回華中橋,我到景美吃早餐鹹豆漿與蔥蛋後返回,回到華中橋後直接就跑回板橋了。
今天狀況不好,跑到後面腳超酸,可能補給沒準備好,一路都是運動飲料,也可能拉完沒力氣吧!
