時序已過了秋分,但是整日的艷陽天,是標準的秋老虎天氣,聽信了氣象報告,說傍晚會有鋒面到來,選擇跑高鐵下簡易球場,鋒面有沒有到我是不知道,不過九降風倒是非常的強勁,所以在太陽下山後還算涼爽,繞高鐵下簡易球場不圍跑了22圈,進帳20K,可說是今年夏天以來,自主訓練跑得最暢快的一次。
