我的第三十馬,同時也是第二次的二十四小時挑戰,還是因傷收場。
但本次有所收穫,因為有沉住氣,配速不受他人影響,完全依照自己節奏,這是首次24小時賽所沒有的,在87.5K時小瞇了20分,花費12小時44分17秒達到58圈,距離為101.5K(如果想挑戰200公里門檻,前12小時要有108~110KM比較理想)。
可惜的是,我在70K時發現燒檔,而且非常嚴重,面積範圍是有史以來最大…趕快向旁邊選手借助凡士林,就這樣默默再硬撐了30公里,光走路也會很痛,58圈101.5K時雙腳痛點明顯化了(應該是肌腱炎),這是我第一次在賽事吃止痛藥,只是藥效也壓不下來,休息了一陣子,通過第59圈時總時間是13:57:01,還有10小時假如能硬走完最好頂多140K,小破年初130K,但沒有意義…
第59圈我走到一半超級痛,差點回不來…跟師傅雅芬姐討論後,趁肌腱炎面積與痛感還沒擴大,復原期比較短,我真的休息比較實在。離比賽結束前約35分鐘有出來散步一圈,最後就收在60圈,105KM。
新生逆時針跑左腳掰咖,照理本次順時針跑右腳掰咖,因此我很刻意減輕下腳力道,右彎時也特地減速避免彎的太急徒增右腳壓力,最後是兩邊都有痛感,看來有平衡到,這也算是進步的一點了吧,但要學的還有很多,像是該怎麼擬定跑走策略,我58圈101.5K都是用跑的貢獻距離,沒有走到…最頭疼的還是怎麼破除計時賽必受傷魔咒,哈哈哈,我的計時賽障礙XD~
