一開始跟著大家跑,但很快就被拉開了,之後就是被套圈XD...40分鐘他們就跑完了,還好場上還有馬尾女孩在慢跑,套她圈是我唯一的動力,讓我忘了膝蓋有些不適,但60分鐘後,妹也離開了...只好努力吃完剩下30分鐘課表XD...
PS:大約25分鐘開始出現膝蓋抽痛,但還可以跑,之後在跑姿的某一個角度就會出現不適,足弓沒有貼肌效貼的情況,40分鐘腳底板也出現緊繃疲勞感,70分鐘開始已經累了,心率也明顯向上攀升...
