故鄉馬,第二屆終於可以躬逢其盛,但辦得還是有許多缺失,明年要再辦可能跑友不會捧場了。
開學馬,但跑得十分辛苦。從5月份放暑假後就沒再跑過這麼長的距離,後半段雙腿肌力顯得有些力不從心,走走停停,再加上左腳起了血泡,後半馬整個大失速。
今天沒漏氣有JACK、LULU、以文、我跟雅萍跑全馬;另外SEXY跟雅宜跑半馬,賽前大概就有心裡準備,是場不折不扣的烤肉馬,但萬萬沒想到跑得這麼煎熬,加上主辦單位補給不佳,各站都只有水跟運動飲料,以及香蕉和西瓜,完全沒有食物補給,許多跑友也反映跑到肚子餓,另外後面跑者又發生了沒水可喝的情況,實在不能再拿跑者安全開玩笑。
回到終點後,還特地到便利店買運動飲料、汽水及冰塊,騎腳踏車為雅萍及LULU私補,這決定是正確的,彌補了主辦單位的缺失,但其他後半段跑友就可憐了,得忍受在大太陽下又沒水喝,沒水沖涼,主辦單位真得好好檢討,不然很難再辦下一次了。
賽後評分: 9月份的賽事,水的補給及跑友降溫的水或冰塊明顯不足,已辦理第二屆了,不應一再犯同樣錯誤。
