至今還意猶未盡
跑完拿到成績一直唉唉
這幾天很興奮的找照片
似乎沒有帥照
炎熱的天氣流失的水份
從頭到鞋子完全的濕透
回想這六小時
真的是非常煎熬百感交集
抽筋加上疲憊的身體讓我想放棄
每一圈都修正姿勢更是轉換心態
我知道這次成績無法挑戰前次
但我很努力努力的跑
最後只差一圈
我在想如果放棄了
我一定很後悔,還好有煎匙。
我想毅力意志力是我最大的本錢

完賽後還是做個檢討
面對酷熱的天氣
身體要有足夠的休息
賽前的營養要充足
電解質鹽分要提前補
…………………………………………
本來跟小孩說我有得名要請喝飲料
晚上讓他們猜我跑幾公里
猜中的就一杯飲料
開玩笑的說跑的虛累累還要請他們喝飲料
最後還是分享了整個六小時的過程
鼓勵他們不要輕易放棄堅持到底
結果決定是美好的
