本月的第三馬了,已經漸入跑季,再來幾乎是週週馬了~
台南秋季馬也是幾乎每年必跑,去年老爺226缺席了,今年這路線跑起來好跑,只有前面10K有小坡而已,除了補給站多之外,加油團也很多很熱烈,是個可推薦的好賽事~
今天一起跑就和小烏龜和志恆湊在一起了,一樣只有前10k速度保持在5分內而已,前5K小烏龜很盡責的一直提醒我不要太快,而且克制自己不要跟著年輕漂亮的馬尾妹,太感動了~
但真的hold不住5分速,漸漸的也跟不上小烏龜了,志恆和他的朋友很想把我帶起來,叫我不能再偷懶了,但20k後,也是再也跟不上他們的腳步了~
後半馬,我放慢了自己的速度,以5分半上下的速度,跑起來輕鬆一些,折返時看到老爺就在後面不遠處,被他嚇了一跳,深怕跑著跑著又被輾過~
今天這場成績比上週絲瓜馬慢一分鐘,自我感覺良好覺得成績不錯,但今天碰面的跑友都說"小珠,妳今天比較慢喔",那你們印象中的小珠是能跑多快呀!這場就是我的正常水準呀!
