阿公店長跑協會的馬拉松是品質的保證,除了全馬後半段路線改變造成跑者擠在同一路線以外...... 作為一個多月訓練的驗收,雖然帳面不好看,但自知有進步(沒有這麼痠痛)。除了訓練不夠以外,我想我的抽筋還有別的原因,有空來找醫生討論討論......

賽後評分: 老字號的優質馬拉松,補給等各方面都很棒。如果後半段的路線能夠不要擠在一起(往返兩邊的人擠在同一條路線)就滿分了
