| 今天這場,真正體會到「慢慢跑比較快」,全程注意心率控制不超速,頭一次全馬順順跑完不掉速,不像以前30K後常常要當步兵(嗯…至於爬坡上不厭亭前那幾段健走,大家就假裝沒看見吧),更是首度後半馬比前半馬快(啊想唬人喔,就前段上坡後段下坡咩)。跑到34K時,還在心裡盤算配速要多少才能拼4:45完賽,此時,眼前突然出現一大段又直又長,看不到盡頭的緩上坡,頓時整個人涼了半截,還好我反應奇快,馬上改算4:50完賽需要的配速。好不容易龜速爬完坡要下坡了,但更遠方又是上坡!真是#$%&OOXX,這路他X的是誰開的,又不是雲霄飛車,蓋成波浪起伏狀是怎樣?再算也沒路用了,只能擠出最後的力氣,上下搖擺撐到終點,幸好仍有小小超越PB,算是達到低標。 賽前宣言: 雙溪小武嶺~~天堂路! 賽後評分: 除了路線一流外,其他實在不怎麼樣… 給 1 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 115~140 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 140~158 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 158~163 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 163~173 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 173~178 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為178 點此去設定最大心率 |
