去年跑半馬,今年挑戰全馬,是我第三場馬拉松,今天天氣又溼又冷,所以沒有跑進430內,不過也破了個人的PB,25K後還是慢了下來,難道還是前半馬跑太快?穩定配速真是一門大學問,下次再努力囉…
賽前宣言: 去年半馬跑出個人最佳成績,今年挑戰全馬期待再破PB…
賽後評分: 交管還不錯,不過原本不是說今年半馬要取消嗎?結果中山北路還是會和半馬的人搶道,明年看看情況,再決定是否參賽!
