台北市詹惠玉 這一場跑第五年了,從上個月跑24小時回來後,全身都感到很奇怪,跑山路時都喘呼呼的,跑雙溪也是一路喘回終點,在30K處開始沒體力了,看到上坡走路下坡跑,剩下2公里才想說快到了,吹一下油門進終點吧~回來看錶那1K跑出427配速XD....
今年的雙溪真熱,跑沒幾K汗一直在流,好在今年的櫻花開得真多,多多少少有撫慰到我的眼睛,雖然累但高興的回去.....
