起跑前一直認為這次是來郊遊的,一點都沒有比賽的感覺。
起跑後,跑著跑著,慢慢感受到這是一場比賽,但是身體還是抗拒。沿路風景很美,一路與玟芳姐一起跑著,前面13.5公里是熟悉的北橫公路,一路往上爬,挑戰性十足,走走跑跑,接著進入林道,林道算平,不過碎石不少,不小心可能會扭傷腳,整路都是杉木圍繞,很喜歡被樹木掩蓋的感覺,一直進到了神木區,神木區爬著上上下下的步道,千年古木環繞,不少巨木倒下,每棵神木都有名字,樹齡與前人名字相仿。
離開神木區,折返回棲蘭山莊終點,除了少部分路段上坡,一路下坡,此時身心都已經疲憊,還好在折返點的補給站吃了咖哩飯、喝了湯,狀況有些恢復,不過還是頗為辛苦,跑一段路,休息一下,最後三公里很折磨,只能跑跑走走,通過終點,很開心,終於完成
