由於左腳踝還是有點傷,不過起跑狀況不錯,以98分完成了前半馬,好狀況維持到進步校,腳就隱約要抽筋,跑完平路離開步校接上坡路段,腳就大抽筋,完全沒法跑,連走都有問題,為避免受傷,只好當步兵回終點。😵😵😵以後加强核心肌群,抽筋遠離我。
