台南Alan Kuo 台南Alan Kuo 今天狀況不好,右腳足底筋脈又痛起來,雖然一開始就很保守,抱著跑個50公里就好了。雖然當做LSD 慢慢跑,但跑到25公里後,左膝關節在進補給站停下喝水吃東西後,再跑時突然非常酸痛,覺得沒力,無法跑,只能走路,一跑就痛,遇到籃Sir 提供能量包和冬瓜茶補給,他要我稍微走一下再慢性跑會好一些。於是縮小步筏,就可以跑了,但一停下來同樣症狀就發生。於是就走走跑跑撐完6小時。
