因為太乾,鼻血也乾掉,中途還去了廁所,在20k前都還跟得上340配速團,之後就掉速了,跑者不多,經過好幾段櫻花遍佈的路段,很享受卻沒有拍任何照片。
原本想自在跑,沒想到起跑便是長長的緩下坡,很有奔馳感,也燃起破PB念頭。
準備3顆BCAA膠囊,分前中後吞,15、25K各吃1包Gel,每5k一杯水混運飲,咬了2口朱古力餅乾,撑到最後。
跑到35k確定成績可以突破時,一度懷疑大會是不是用了什麼手段,這可是韓國的馬拉松啊!
賽後評分: 賽道美,雖然日前有風有雨,掃掉大半櫻花,仍然感覺多,彷彿置身粉白色櫻花紛飛的童話世界。
交管嚴謹,充分尊重跑者,只有車被擋,不會讓跑者等待聚集之後再放行,以人為優先考量。
補給是所見最拮据的一場,每5k有水站,算基本。
天氣4°,冷到邊剉邊跳。
賽後餐食無法為賽道補給加分。
