| 花一週時間處理246賽後雙腳水泡問題,特別長在大拇指指縫裡較難處理,需用針線引流出水泡中的體液,更要特別留意傷口不可被細菌感染,處理上有些麻煩。所以離賽期只剩一週可以恢復練跑,跑起來感覺身體的復原狀況還不錯,有復原到6~7成以上戰力。
決定還是赤足挑戰,所以前一天決定減掉舊的大拇指甲片,以免跑時出狀況就難處理了。賽前評估依目前身體狀況,去程約6.5小時,回程7.5小時,14小時內應可以完賽,除非身體出其他狀況。
凌晨4點起跑時天氣還蠻涼爽的,前10K還可以保持在6分速,隨著賽道慢慢爬坡,花費的時間也愈多,還好5K就有豐富的補給站,更有啤酒供應(印象中只有2~3站沒有)。進入159線道後的風景事也隨著高度爬升也愈來愈漂亮,特別是綠油油翠綠的層疊茶園,雙腳雖酸但仍感覺心曠神怡。
折返點藏在奮起湖老街的中間,下坡跑在一大群漫遊的觀光客中,只能喊著"借過~借過"。在預期的6.5小時內10:14抵達第10補給站折返點,吃點熱食暖暖胃,拍照後稍作休息。返程大部分是下坡慢慢跑,天氣也逐漸開始轉熱,腳底也開始敏感了。70K還有約10公里的大上坡,走得OOXX,連最後的20K公路都只能跑跑走走,真的是"磨心啊~"。
難怪常聽人說,跑百K賽是從70K才開始的,愈到後面愈要堅持的挺住。也想起246K最後8K的缺憾,雖然天氣熱爆,腳底敏感,還是趕在預估的時間13.5小時內返回終點的跑者舞台。
