這應該是第二次參加台北星光馬,記得初次參賽,跑得很累,差點跑不回終點(原限時6小時,還好大會延長了半小時),本場賽事的特點就是悶熱,加上身體背傷初癒,賽前目標訂在5小時完賽。
下午4:30起跑的賽事,但參加的跑者也還不少,沒漏氣的成員也來了不少,JACK、文彬、泰哥、LULU、MARK、VITO、忠祥,另外簡帥的弟弟賢伉儷報名了本場半馬賽事,也是他們的初半馬,期待他們可以順利完成。
全馬組4:30準時出發,天色尚亮,而且偶有微風,所以第一趟跑起來還算舒服;半馬組隔一個小時出發,所以應該也碰不到面,一路維持6-7分速慢慢前進,約217完成第一圈,第二圈開始,天色已暗,悶熱感也上來了,加上體力下降,明顯感覺步伐變得沈重,於是改以跑走方式前進,距離上一場全馬已是一個多月前了,看來進入暑假期間還是得維持一定的訓練量,不然重新要進入全馬的節奏要很辛苦!
最終保4成功,456完成,比起初次台北星光馬進步了1個小時。
