天氣酷熱,6點起跑已出大太陽,前5K嘗試配4分50內的速度,但溫度逐漸上升,感覺心率維持在高檔,隨即改變策略以心率控制速度,穩住心率順利以分3完賽。
沿途路線無遮避物,有多處水站無降溫冰水,對42K選手是一大考驗,主辦單位應機警反應調度,以利選手順利完賽。
