男女總排14~男13~在第12.5K補給站~被明珠姐給追過了~哈哈!!她太厲害了~步伐非常穩健!!!
成功完成第一場100K了~雖然沒達到預定目標(10小時內),後來發現...根本不是這麼簡單~10小時內可是總排前5了~很可怕!!
一開始與班主任一起慢慢熱身跑(8K),準備開始陡上升到宇老後,就開始自己跑了~這次上宇老感覺比前兩次順很多~到宇老後的下坡到秀巒~似乎跑的有點快,後還遇到邦生大哥和其他兩位(這三人都是前幾名的)...就開始一起跑~跑到泰岡後,我就被海放了~之後一直到達終點~根本就是無力狀態!!!
賽後感想:
前面慢慢跑應該是很不錯~不過上宇老時不知道會不會過快,耗費太多體力,當然下秀巒追到邦生大哥三人集團時,肯定太快~他們可是都前幾名的~後半段的無力,最重的應該是肌耐力不足所造成的,畢竟賽前最長也只跑過67K,而已都是相當慢的速度,且隨意休息~還需要加把努力才行~跑完很累很累...但好爽....
還有每站補給都停滿久的~很想休息...又有高粱又有啤酒,這怎麼讓能受得了,不停下來喝兩杯怎麼對得起自己呢~
此次跑完後大腿肌感覺沒那麼酸了~現在改成腳踝比較有感覺~看來一陣子一陣子會有不一樣的地方來讓我加強~哈哈!!
下一場100K~The North Face 100 國際越野賽~讓我考慮個幾天吧!!! 賽前宣言: 加油了...
