此場比賽,就是設定要破個人PB。幾乎全平路的賽道,對於要追求成績的人,是很好的選擇~~
賽前預估,1:50 應該沒有問題,打算用 前 5k 用5:15,後面再拉高到 5:10 跑完全程。
但是,計畫趕不上變化,起跑時賽道擁擠,要左繞右繞才有辦法離開人群 =="
過程中,就以均速不掉到 5:10為主,即使遇到逆風,也要hole住速度,這也讓我後面4k,度日如年,又因為交管緣故,讓速度無維持一定.....
還好,最後有幾隻兔子,讓我有咬緊的念頭,才讓我沒有放棄最後1k衝刺~~~
謝謝,在比賽過程中遇到的ptt南盟的跑友們的鼓勵,在我意志模糊時,及時拉回現實面~~~
