| 昨天還跑去騎車,搞得雙腿有點酸。
雨下得還真大,又風又雨,加上雙腿力氣不足,跑不起來,連帶的身子也熱不起來,惡性循環下就跑出了個不好的成績了!
前半馬想趕點時間,但是天氣和狀況均不佳,用了點力氣也跑不進均速5分,後半馬認命地低頭自跑自的,看著地上有沒有號碼布可以撿,哈哈!拼了命跑身子還是熱不起來,直到終點,整個人冷啊!
