高雄米文台 第三回跑台東關山,只是這回連跑三天,0500時準時開跑,天還沒放亮一開始就有人絆倒,沒想到我也在一段路基坍塌處旁被貓眼石絆倒,手腳都是傷,索性就放慢腳步,用六分速跑下去,加上足底筋膜炎也還沒好,就不管別人衝多快跑自己的了!太陽準時6點出山頭,路線前段9K往電光附近繞一圈,接著開始往南橫方向拉過去,一段段的向上山路,跑至24K處折返,再拉回關山繞行單車環山道路,跑到最後3K處河岸邊步道,沒遮蔽物又是最後路程,跑者都是硬撐跑完的,跑完實際路程43K大會公布42.3K,多了600M,累呀! 賽前宣言: 加油! 賽後評分: 補給不錯!沒有缺水缺冰塊情況!路線安排還好只是因故修改路線,跑完不是42.3K而是43K! 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
