依照穩定配速前進
賽前沒有充足睡眠
一路跑起來身體不是很舒適
幾週的感冒加上睡眠不足
比賽過程中頭腦感到脹痛
25k過後腳開始感到不適
35k過後拿出精神意志力與最後的距離拼鬥
最後2k無法加速,接近爆掉邊緣
還好撐完了,雖然破最佳,但自己也知道長距離訓練量不足
若不是95%以上平路,最後12k一定會嚴重失速
就像泰雅馬拉松這樣
不過有盡力完成是好事,再接再勵囉!
