剛開始速度維持的還不錯,原來是我跑太快了,開始的時候還是只能維持5分半的速度比較好,否則最後就沒力了,不過也許平常訓練應該時間再久一點,距離再長一點,才不會比賽的時候有點累...
賽後評分: 豆漿及伴水禮不錯,水站及補給品也充足,但如果每5公里有個流動廁所及15公里後可以補充運動飲料會更好。
