Restart
漸漸完全脫離腳背的陰影,重新的開始練習,
這天人還是一如往昔的多,月亮再度又圓又亮,
體力卻只能慢慢重新開始練習。
經過昨天的基本練習,像是踩滿了檸檬的雙腿只能數次的跑跑停停。目前只能這樣,10k到了就先下來,拉筋、聊天比較實際 ^_^
