雖然差35秒net時間就sub4,但我也沒有後悔或者不甘心。最後兩公里已盡了全力。真要檢討也沒有甚麼不行,但賽道上就是依照自身體感做瞬間的判斷,過了的當下,事後要再去苛責"如果當時怎樣怎樣就也不會這樣"也就不必了。留待日後賽事再改進就好了;這一回的,就都是好好謝謝努力過的自己就好了。

賽後評分: 除了雖然官方有配速員但配速員身上甚麼區間標示都沒標這點讓人費解之外,其他的都算瑕不掩瑜
全馬右岸進左岸的選橋南湖大橋本身的牽引橋抗盪性太差,不是一個好的選擇,希望下次可以選別條橋或者河濱的路線再改善
