中午守在電腦旁,幫泰然上網搶報課後社團,才出門跑步,沒設定距離、速度。昨天才按摩,今天還殘留酸痛。不過,情況比前天好很多。雖然鼻孔還是掛著兩串鼻水,但可以確定,病毒的危害已經近尾聲,大有久病初瘥的喜悅。管他涼風吹彿還是日氣暵暵,管他遊客鑽動還是鴿群擋路,跑個15km,慶祝毛神回神吧!
