台北市詹惠玉 賽後評分: 今年不想跑100,去年已經跑過了,報名時想就差80公里還沒報報80公里,起跑沒多久就遇到小章哥,說要跟我一起跑,我的速度以小章張來說是慢的,他說沒關係他是要當LSD練習用(頭上三條線),上到宇老後開始10公里下坡,等一下回程這段一定很難熬,小章哥說用走的上去就好,省下體力回程有20公里的下坡用(也對),下到溪底往靜岡的水站(也是80公里的折反處)我們開始看到太抖的坡就用走的,邊走邊聊天心情滿輕鬆的,到了靜岡水站後休息一下,一路10公里下坡,下到溪底一直跑下坡也是很累人,來到最後一段的上坡了,剛開始緩緩還可以跑,到了54K的折反處就變抖坡了,啟動用走的方式,看到太抖用走的,比較平一點的就慢慢跑,終於來到最高點,剩下20公里的下坡,我也不想衝下去了,20公里的下坡太長了,但小章哥不時的回頭看我還在不在,還是有點加速的在跑,到了最後8公里時天氣變冷了,進了水站還好有熱湯可以喝溫暖身體,也變比較有精神,這時天空已經開始飄雨了,很幸運淋沒多久就沒有了,剩下最後一個水站了,終點在前面不遠了,跟緊小章哥回終點。 給 4 星 心率區間 | 心跳數 | 心率等級 | 1:E有氧耐力區 | 117~142 | 65~79% | 2:M馬拉松配速區 | 142~160 | 79~89% | 3:T乳酸耐力區 | 160~165 | 89~92% | 4:A無氧耐力區 | 165~175 | 92~97.5% | 5:I最大耗氧區 | 175~180 | 97.5~100% | 最大心率為180 點此去設定最大心率 |
