| 《挺進鎮西堡》
喜歡運動、熱愛挑戰的我,
希冀新的一年有更多的突破,
憑著一股傻勁報名了2019鎮西堡超馬,
做為壓力釋放的不貳選擇;
明白鎮西堡超馬有其難度,
賽前除拜讀多篇分享文外,
也向超馬前輩們請益,
期借人之智做足準備並全力以赴。
沒有競速的壓力,
開賽前無須擠到前面,
隨著起跑時間的逼近,
有別以往的緊張不安,
反倒愈來愈雀躍和亢奮。
一開跑的連續20K上坡,
可龜速前進但盡可能不停腳,
跟隨傑哥以1小時14分完跑前10K,
達成我們設定一小時不步兵的小目標,
開心也驚訝超出自己跑2K的預期。
從5:00循著選手們的頭燈,
跑到天色漸暗,
至踏上終點舞台的那一刻,
內心澎湃,滿溢著感動!
何其幸運?
有機會用自己的雙腳深入尖石原鄉,
盡情欣賞宇老、秀巒、泰崗沿途景致,
盡興地擁抱群峰和雲海。
感謝楊會長雞精和葡萄糖的給力補給,
感謝楊大嫂費心熬煮暖胃又暖心的熱粥,
更於賽後奔走會場和民宿多趟接送大家;
感謝傑哥賽前60K和30K的小團訓,
過程中全程相互扶持、照應和加油打氣;
感謝素梅姐、雅禎一起壯膽跳大坑,
感謝日前一起瘋跑的哥哥姐姐們,
一直以來有大家的陪伴,
慧芬得以將夢想轉化為行動,
一步步達成最長距離80K路跑挑戰!
